Yoga is great for smaller bodies, too! At Wild Peace Kids, we use stories, games, songs, and more to explore breathing and movement techniques. Some of our favorites are Yogi Twister, Downward Dog Bowling, and would you believe that everyone’s favorite part of class is Final Rest?

What age should my child be to participate?
Our classes are designed for ages 5-12, but you know your child best! Much of the class time involves following the teacher’s instruction, but there is also time built in for wiggles and giggles.
Do parents drop off or stay?
We are not a licensed childcare facility, so a grownup does have to stay. Help yourself to our complimentary tea and coffee bar, enjoy some time to yourself, peek in at how much fun your child is having, or even come on into class!
Can I participate with my child?
Absolutely! There is no extra charge for parent participation.
How much does it cost? Is there a discount for siblings?
The first child is $15, and siblings are $10 each.
What should I bring?
If your child has a yoga mat and would like to bring it, they may, but we do have plenty of mats available to use in the studio. Your child is also welcome to bring his/her favorite stuffed animal; sometimes we include our stuffed friends in class. But all that is truly necessary to bring for a successful class is a positive attitude that’s ready to learn!
Can my child have a birthday party at Wild Peace?
Yes! Party packages start at $200 for two hours (45 minutes of yoga, a craft, and time for food and gifts). Contact liz@wildpeaceyoga.com for details!
